Privacy Policy

1. About this app

TellTrips AutoContent ("the app") is an internal content automation tool used only by the TellTrips team. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up. It connects only to accounts owned by the TellTrips team, after the team gives consent on each platform's own sign-in screen. This policy explains what data the app uses from each connected service.

2. Google user data the app accesses

The app signs in only to the Google account of its own operator (the TellTrips team). With that consent it uses:

• Google Drive: to upload travel photos to one working folder, to list and download video clips placed in that folder, and to delete old working files.
• Google Sheets: to write and read rows in one instruction sheet (photo name, video instructions, file name and status).
• YouTube (YouTube API Services): to upload the team's own short travel videos to the team's own YouTube channel, set their title, description and privacy status, and read basic statistics (views, likes, comments) of those videos.

The app does not read the operator's email, contacts, calendar or any personal files outside its working folder for its function.

3. YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app's YouTube features, the channel owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data received through YouTube API Services is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube data (video IDs and statistics of the team's own videos) is stored on the team's server only to show results in the team's admin page, is refreshed at least every 30 days, and is deleted when it is no longer needed or when access is removed.

4. Social media accounts the app accesses

The app publishes the team's own travel posts and short videos to the team's own accounts, and reads basic results of those posts:

• Meta (Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads): publish posts, stories and reels; read and reply to comments on the team's own posts; read post statistics (reach, views, likes).
• TikTok: read the team's own basic profile information and publish the team's own videos to its TikTok account.
• X: publish the team's own posts to its X account.

The app does not collect data about followers or other users, except comments left on the team's own posts, which are used only to reply to them.

5. How the data is used

All data is used only to produce and publish travel content on the TellTrips team's own social media pages and to see how those posts perform. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models, and it is not sold.

6. Storage and retention

Downloaded clips and working files are kept on the team's own server for up to 7 days and then deleted. Working files in the Drive folder are removed after use. Post IDs and statistics are kept for up to 12 months for the team's reports. Access tokens are stored securely on the server and are never shown in logs or messages.

7. Sharing

User data is not shared with third parties, except the AI video tool that the operator has connected to the same Drive folder in order to create the video clips, and the social media platforms listed above, where the finished content is published by the team.

8. Limited Use

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Removing access

The account owner can remove the app's access at any time:

• Google and YouTube: on the Google security settings page (Third-party apps with account access).
• Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
• Threads: in Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions.
• TikTok: in TikTok Settings → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions.
• X: in X Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.

10. Data deletion

To delete all data the app holds about a connected account, email contact@bangladeshtourism.org with the subject "Data deletion" and the account name. The data (tokens, post IDs, statistics, comments and working files) is deleted from the team's server within 30 days, and a confirmation is sent by email. Removing the app's access as described above also stops all further data collection.

11. Visitors of this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or forms, and does not collect personal data from visitors.

12. Changes and contact
